Why?

Because our thoughts and beliefs strongly influence our emotions and behaviors. If you don’t know what you’re thinking, it becomes very difficult to change how you feel or how you respond.

So we start with a very simple process.

When you notice that you’re upset:

  1. Notice the emotional reaction.
  1. Stop and take a deep breath.
  1. Ask yourself, “What am I thinking right now?”
  1. Write it down somewhere.

That simple exercise begins to build the skill of observing your own thoughts.

And interestingly, even if you don’t do it perfectly, the act of pausing, breathing, and reflecting often helps calm the emotional intensity.

Over time, this small practice becomes the foundation for meaningful change.

The best to you.
