I’ve been a therapist since 2008, and I help clients create huge shifts in their lives by using a proven system based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model. CBT has been scientifically tested and demonstrated to be highly effective…I am a specialist in this system.

Before becoming a therapist, I was a Connecticut law-enforcement officer for twenty-one years: three years working as a corrections officer, and eighteen years as a police officer. Prior to that, I was a Navy Hospital Corpsman.
